Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate appropriate methodology, develop, validate, and apply population PK/PD models to characterize drug pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics throughout the development of treatment candidates in various patient populations
  • Support sponsors/clients with model-based tools and quantitative solutions to support their development strategy, strengthen dose selection rationales, optimize study design, and support their regulatory strategy (e.g., special populations, PIPs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical pharmacologists, statisticians, datamanager, and regulatory specialists.
  • Contribute to the development of modeling and simulation strategies for project teams.
Author and review technical reports, regulatory documents, and scientific publications.
