Job description

PhInc. Modeling has an opening position for a junior pharmacokineticist. The position is opened for both Master’s degree students looking for an internship or recently graduated scientists.

The candidate will be full-time dedicated to PK activities.

In the context of drug development, she/he will interact with various counterparts (like clinician, data manager, bioanalyst, biostatistician…) and will be in charge of Non Compartmental Analysis (NCA) including data processing in compliance with CDISC standards, PK analysis, interpretation and reporting.

Your profile

You hold a master’s degree in pharmacology, pharmaceutical sciences or other related disciplines (Biostatistics, Toxicology), and have already worked with PK analysis software such as WinNonLin. Students enrolled in a master’s degree program with internship will also be considered. Knowledge in SAS or R will be an asset.

You are fluent in English both orally and written, have good communication and presentation skills, scientific rigor and motivation. The ideal candidate also possesses strong analytical skills and basic knowledge of database/dataset structure and/or programming.

The company is located in Montréal, but also in the Paris area (France). If you have a strong desire to further develop and apply innovative approaches in drug development and appreciate working in teams of scientists with different backgrounds, we offer an exciting opportunity for a permanent position or a possible volunteering international experience (VIE) in Canada.
